Energy treatments, Reiki Usui and Karuna Ki
This is not a massage but an energetic treatment. No receipt for insurance can be issued.
Usui reiki balances energy and promotes healing at all levels (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) through the harmonization of the chakras.
Karuna ki reiki using "sung" symbols in the form of vocalization, it is indicated for people who want to free themselves from certain karmas or traumas.

My background
Let me introduce myself, Jean-François and I have proudly graduated as a Swedish massage therapist since July 2021.
Who am I in a few words:
After nearly 17 years as a painter and sealer in the construction industry and a year in insulation with hemp and lime finishes, I have decided to take a new direction for my 40th birthday. I wanted to work with the human. One day a massage therapist told me: "To be a good massage therapist, you have to have had pain all over." Such was my case. I was in so much pain all over, I will surely be a good massage therapist, I told myself. In 2011, I took a Usui Reiki course. In 2014 I completed my training to become a Reiki master. For me, it was a process of personal development. I knew in due time I would give it to people. In 2016 I did a Reiki Karuna Ki training, a great tool for karmic liberation. In 2020 I started my training in Swedish massage. It's my turn to do good to people.
I then took a Neo-Reichien course, it is a psychocorporeal approach that aims to give back full power to the other by making the client aware of his physical ailments and his relationship to his emotional experience.
I completed training in Myofascialogy, it is the technique that I use the most, for the release of traumas in the body.
So I have as tools the biomechanical approach (Myofascial release ), the psychocorporeal approach (Neo-Reichien) and the energetic approach (Reiki Usui and Karuna ki)
